1 | Base frame
The base frame can be individually fitted with inserting bottoms (2), a parts-specific compartment bottom (3b) and an adjustable lid (4) for each part size and type.
2 | Inserting bottom with spring catches
The inserting bottom closes the bottom of the system and, if required, can be used as an intermediate layer for multi-layer loading of the base frame. The spring catches allow it to be simply clipped in to the base frame (1) without the need for tools.
3 | Parts-specific compartment bottom
This is screwed to the carrying frame equipped with spring catches (3a). There is an almost limitless range of parts-specific compartment bottoms available. Our design department will work with you to develop the optimum solution to suit your requirement. In each case the compartment bottom is screwed down to a carrying frame equipped with spring catches that can then be used to clip the base into the base frame simply and without the need for tools.
4 | Adjustable lid
The adjustable lid is inserted into the base frame (1) at varying heights depending on the fill level. It prevents light parts from floating to the surface in immersion units or parts from falling out during a swiveling or rotary cleaning operation.
