Like our MEFO-BOX system, all special solutions are generally made of electrolytic polished stainless steel. With extremely large workpiece holders, the surface is often pickled for technical reasons.Workpiece holders for very sensitive workpieces are partially coated. Alternatively, the points where the parts come into contact with the holders can be protected using clips or preformed Teflon parts.

All special solutions are generally suitable for use with roller conveyors and can be stacked. Depending on the requirements, they are designed for swinging/rotating cleaning or cleaning by dipping into tanks.Making our workpiece holders as permeable as possible is a top priority. Wherever possible, we use only wire and rounds. Yet where the required accuracy cannot be achieved with a welded construction of wire or rounds, for applications such as automated loading and unloading (robot actions) of workpiece holders, we use a combination of wire and sheet metal.
