More efficient parts cleaning
Increasingly stringent demands are being made on parts cleaning in almost all areas of manufacturing. At the same time, product life cycles are rapidly decreasing. For many manufacturing companies this means regular investments in new workpiece holders to achieve the required level of parts cleaning. However, with our new and totally flexible MEFO-SYS system of cleaning trays, workpiece holders can now be adapted for different conditions, thereby saving costs and resources. This solution, which is unrivaled by anything else in the world, allows just the parts-specific compartment bottom to be exchanged using an innovative clip system, instead of having to replace the whole tray.

So what advantages does the MEFO-SYS offer me?

Constructed from rust-free stainless steel
During the development of MEFO-SYS we made sure that the contact points between part and tray were as few and as small as possible, thereby improving the accessibility of the parts for the cleaning medium and simultaneously optimizing drainage. The tray system is manufactured from rust-free stainless steel, using predominantly round rods. This high quality material guarantees a long service life and eliminates corrosion problems and zinc deposition. We also offer the flexible tray system in V4A (1.4571) for use in electroplating processes. For delicate parts, all components that come in direct contact with the part are coated with HALAR.
