SHEET METAL COMPONENTS

sheet metal housing

We bring sheet metal into shape

We design and manufacture high-quality individual parts, housings and cladding, racks and other assemblies made of stainless steel for you. As a specialist in stainless steel sheet metal working, we offer you the full range of services – from consulting, design and documentation to the production of prototypes, pilot series and small batches as well as custom-made products.

Customers from the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and nuclear industries value our stainless steel components, which meet the highest requirements for accuracy, safety, reliability, hygiene, and surface quality. The components prove their worth in a wide variety of applications such as production isolators, airlocks, inspection and flow carts, X-ray scanners, metal detectors, recombiners, aeration flaps and droplet separators, where they impress with their high reliability and durability.

Consistent qualities at the highest level

A perfect surface, excellent quality and maximum precision are hallmarks of our stainless steel sheet metal components. On the TruWeld 5000 laser welding robot, we realize distortion-free welding of small, medium and large series. Our many years of experience in the field of stainless steel, welding, grinding and surface technology guarantees consistent quality at the highest level.

In coordination with you, we prepare and develop a specific concept for each component and its production-ready design. Your requirements are taken into account 100%. The result of this cooperative partnership are customized solutions that offer you a high level of process reliability and make your work more economical and safer.

We mainly process stainless steel sheet in large format with sheet thicknesses from 0.7 mm to 8.0 mm. If you have any questions about other sheet thicknesses, we will be happy to advise you. We cover the following manufacturing processes:

Extensive manufacturing spectrum

Our manufacturing spectrum ranges from geometrically simple small parts to complete machine housings with dimensions of 12.0 x 3.0 x 4.0 m and highly complex geometry. In addition to stainless steel, we also process higher alloy special materials such as duplex (1.4462) or incoloy (1.4876).
