Thanks to many years of experience in surface properties, even very high welding requirements are confidently met.

The distortion-free welding of stainless steel requires a great deal of know-how and many years of experience – our welders, who are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1:2013, have both. The very well-trained staff is made up of specialists who have a great deal of know-how in the various welding and processing methods. They not only master welding to perfection, but also surface technologies such as wet blasting, grinding and polishing in pharmaceutical quality.

To achieve optimum results, our projects are structured in coordinated, customized steps – from design and engineering to production.

The extensive machinery of the Welded Structures division is state-of-the-art. It covers all essential welding and machining processes for the production of individual parts and complete assemblies: Laser welding, robotic laser welding, laser cutting, die bending as well as wet and sand blasting. Long belt grinding machines and specialized grinding machines round out the powerful equipment.
