Commercial employee in the internal sales department (m/f/d)

Full-time with 40h week

• Processing of incoming inquiries and orders from a wide range of well-known customers
• Complete order processing, from quotation preparation to order entry and delivery
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Contact person for all customer concerns by telephone and e-mail
• Interface between customers, internal departments and external service partners
• Timely material procurement
• Comparison and negotiation of delivery conditions

• Completed commercial vocational training
• First professional experience, preferably in a metal processing company
• Good knowledge of order processing and the associated sales processes
• Independent, committed, conscientious and structured way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP system
• Ideally technical understanding
• Fluent German and good English skills, further foreign language skills would be an advantage
• Good purchasing knowledge
